Hi, I'm Tejas Shah.

I've spent over 15 years inside games and consumer apps — as a product lead, a monetisation operator, and now as the person studios call when their numbers stop telling the story.

The Game Scientist is the home for that work: consulting, writing, and teaching the systems behind every product that earns its second session. The brand sits on five disciplines — Gaming, Apps, Analytics, Revenue, Networks. They are lenses, deliverables, and the menu of how I get hired.

Before starting this practice, I spent 13 years at Games2win (one of the world's largest casual mobile publishers with 575M+ downloads) building and running the full commercial stack. I've also worked directly with Meta's Audience Network team as an Ambassador. Games built the analytical rigour; the skills travel to any digital product business with commercial complexity.
