Mobile Game UA Agencies: A 2026 Shortlist and How to Choose
A shortlist of agencies that specialise in mobile game user acquisition and creative, how they differ, and the questions that separate a good fit from a good pitch.
Disclosure: I spent 15 years at Games2win, a mobile games publisher. No agency or company named here paid for inclusion or sponsored this article. I also advise publishers and ad-tech companies, so an agency or company named here may be, or may become, a client or contact.
How this list was built: agencies that appear across several 2026 roundups of mobile game UA and marketing agencies, with a stated focus on games. Some roundups are published by agencies themselves, so treat any ranking with care. Listed alphabetically; no ranking implied.

- Hubapps — embeds senior UA, ASO, analytics and creative specialists into studio teams.
- M&C Saatchi Performance — performance marketing agency with app and game clients across regions.

Should a studio use an agency at all?
An agency helps when you need channel expertise or creative volume faster than you can hire it, when you are entering a new market or platform, or when your in-house team is small. It helps less when the real constraint is product — retention or monetization that cannot support the CPIs the market charges. No agency can buy its way past a leaking cohort.
How do you choose a UA agency?
- Who runs the account? Meet the people who will do the work, not only the pitch team.
- How do they judge success? Look for cohort ROAS at equal age and marginal returns, not CPI or install volume. See What Is Marginal ROAS.
- How do they brief and test creative? Ask for an example brief and what they learned from the last test — see the Creative Brief Builder.
- Measurement and incrementality. How do they handle iOS privacy frameworks, brand-search cannibalization and organic uplift?
- Fee model. Percentage of spend rewards spending; retainers or hybrid models can align better.
- Channel mix. Self-serve platforms (Google, Meta, Apple, TikTok), ad networks, influencers — and their depth in each.
- Exit terms. You should own ad accounts, creative and data.
