Hybrid-casual.

Games with a simple casual core loop plus meta-progression and IAP, monetized through both ads and purchases.

Hybrid-casual emerged as hypercasual economics tightened: adding deeper progression and purchases to accessible gameplay extends retention and lifts revenue per user beyond what ads alone deliver. It requires stronger live operations and economy design than pure hypercasual.
